Ms. Shona L Brown has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, she served as a Senior Advisor of Google Inc from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that she also served as Vice President and later as Senior Vice President of Business Operation of Google Inc.

Mr. Michael Cannon Brookes has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2002. He also serves as professor of computer science and engineering at the University of New South Wales, Australia since April 2014.

Mr. Scott Farquhar has been Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 2002. He served as Chairman of the company from December 2016 to April 2018. Mr. Farquhar also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from July 2022 to September 2022.

From July 2017 to March 2021, Mr. Rajan served as an Engineering Director at Meta Platforms, Inc. From September 1994 to July 2017.
