Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad: Executives

Mr. Tunku Ali Redhauddin ibni Tuanku Muhriz has been the Chairman of the company since June 2022. He also serves as the Chairman at Taliworks Corp Bhd and also sits on the boards of Bangkok Bank Berhad, and Sun Life Malaysia Assurance.

Ms. Grace Lee Hwee Leng has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to that, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Aeon Co (M) Bhd. She also held several roles at Astro from 2002 to 2021.

Mr. Mauro di Pietro Paolo has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he worked for more than 20 years within Sky Deutschland, Sky Italia and Foxtel.

Mr. Tai Kam Leong has been the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, he served as Head of Brand and Marketing at Solution Partnerships, Innovation & Ventures and Digital Marketing. Mr. Leong also served at Rapp Singapore and DDB Group.

Mr. Euan Smith has been the Group Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of Designate at the company from September 2022 to January 2023. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of TV of the company. Previously, Mr. Smith also served at Unilever, KPMG, Sky UK, Sky Germany and Fox.
