Mr. Lawrence Stroll has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2020. He is also an active investor in the automotive industry and led a consortium to acquire the BWT Racing Point F1 team in 2018. Prior to this, he was the Co-Chairman of Michael Kors Holdings Limited from 2003 to 2011 and served as a board member till 2014. Mr. Stroll also served as the Co-Chairman of Tommy Hilfiger Corporation from 1998 to 2002 and the Group Chief Executive Officer of Pepe Jeans Limited from 1993 to 1998.

Mr. Amedeo Felisa has been the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a the Director of Aston Martin from 2021 to 2022; Chief Executive Officer of Ferrari; Deputy General Manager of Ferrari from 2006 to 2008; General Manager of the Ferrari GT division from 1996 to 2005; and Technical Senior Vice President from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Felisa also served as the Product Development Team Leader at Alfa Romeo S.p.A.

Mr. Doug Lafferty has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial officer of Vivo Energy PLC. Mr. Lafferty also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Williams Grand Prix Holding and held senior financial and leadership roles at British American Tobacco.

Mr. Michael Straughan has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sunseeker. Mr. Straughan also held various senior positions at Volvo Cars, LDV, Jaguar Land Rover and was a board member at Bentley Motors.

Mr. Simon Smith has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to that, he served as a transformation and strategy lead in Human Resource roles at Johnson Matthey and Legal and General Modular Homes. Mr. Smith also served various Human Resource roles at Alstom, Rolls Royce and Peugeot
