Kenji Yasukawa has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Before this, he served as Director, President, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer. He also served as Senior Corporate Executive, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to this, he served as Corporate Executive, Vice President, Product & Portfolio Strategy and Head, Urology in Astellas Pharma Global Development, Inc. Before this, he served as Vice President, Project Management, Urology of the Company.

Mr. Naoki Okamura serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of the company from 2022 to 2023. Previously, he was the Chief Business Officer. Prior to that, he served in various roles including Vice President and Corporate Executive of the company. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of OSI Pharmaceuticals, Inc from 2010 to 2012.

Mr. Atsushi Kitamura has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer and Director of Pioneer Corporation from 2022 to 2023. Previously he served in leadership roles at Skylark Holdings and TNT Express Worldwide (Japan) Inc., Procter & Gamble Far East Inc.

Mr. Adam Pearson has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy of the company.

Mr. Katsuyoshi Sugita has been the Chief People Officer and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this role, he served as Executive Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Astellas Pharma Inc. Previously, he served as Head of Human Resources, Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd. Earlier, he served as Head of Human Resources, AstraZeneca K.K. He also served as Head of Human Resources, Hilti Japan Ltd. He held various roles at Johnson & Johnson K.K., ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corp, Asahi Kasei Corp.
