Mr. William D. Gehl has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Gehl Company. He serves as the Chairman and a Director of FreightCar America.

Mr. Jaco van der Merwe has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2023. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this he served as a Group President – Energy and Group President - Infrastructure Solutions at Epiroc. Previously he served as a Vice President Marketing for the Deephole Drilling group from 2013 to 2016. and President/General Manager for the Mining and Rock Excavation Customer Center from 2010 to 2013.

Mrs. Becky Weyenberg has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Global Finance Operations at Welbilt Inc from 2017 to 2019. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant General Manager for Berkeley Hall Club from 2015 to 2017. Mrs. Weyenberg served as the Vice President of Global Processes, Standards and Shared Services and Vice President of Finance of North American Region at AGCO Corporation from 2010 to 2015.

Ms. Jamie E. Palm has been the Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of the company since 2020. Prior, she was employed by ConnectWise, LLC, as Vice President, Controller. She also served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Welbilt, Inc. (NYSE: WBT), and as Vice President, Corporate Controller from 2017 to 2019 and she was Assistant Controller at Quality Distribution, Inc.

Mr. Matt Litchfield has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Information Technology at JD Norman Industries from 2014 to 2019. He served as the Director of Global IT at Methode Electronics Inc from 2010 to 2014.
