Mr. Francisco L Borges has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. He has been the Director at the company since 2007. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman at ACE Ltd. from 2003 to 2004, and also the President and Chief Operating Officer at ACE Ltd., and as the Chairman at ACE INA Holdings from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Frederico served at ACE Ltd. from 1995 to 2005. He also served at American International Group.

Mr. Robert A Bailenson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer at AGC in 2003, of AGL in May 2005, and at AGM in July 2009, and served in various capacities until 2019. Mr. Bailenson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at AG Re from 1999 to 2003 and the Assistant Controller at Capital Re Corp.

Mr. Jorge A. Gana has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Chief Risk Officer of AGM and AGC. Mr. Gana also served as Director of Global Commercial Asset Securitization at XLCA.

Mr. David A Buzen has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Assured Investment Management, and Chief Investment Officer and Head of Asset Management of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served at AssuredIM LLC as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Buzen served at CIFG Holding Inc (acquired by the company) as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2016. He also served at Churchill Financial; ACE Financial Solution; Capital Re Corp (acquired by ACE Ltd).
