Mr. Andrea Sironi has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. His other position include Chairman of the AIRC Foundation for Cancer Research, Member of the board of directors of the Institute of International Political Studies (ISPI), of the Italian Social Foundation (FSI) and of EASL International Liver Foundation (Geneva). He is a Member of the International Advisory Council of Stockholm School of Economics, of the Advisory Board of Nova School of Business and Economics (Lisbon) and of the Advisory Board of Cometa.

Mr. Philippe Donnet has been the Group Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since March 2016. He was also appointed as the Chairman of Generali Italia S.p.A. on May 12, 2016. He serves as Manager in charge of the Internal Control and Risk Management System in the company. He is a Co-founder of investment management company HLD in Paris. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Generali Italia and Country Manager of Italy from 2013 to May 2016. Mr. Donnet served as the Chief Executive Office of the Asia-Pacific Region of the AXA Group. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of AXA Japan from 2003 to 2006 and Chief Executive Officer of AXA Southern Europe, the Middle East, Canada and Latin America from 2001 to 2003. Earlier, Mr. Donnet, served as the Chief Executive Officer at AXA Re and AXA Assicurazioni.

Mr. Massimiliano Ottochian has been the Group Chief Mergers and Acquisitions Officer of the company since September 2020. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, London and Milan. Formerly, he served as a Managing Director of UBS, London.

Mr. Michele Rendine has been Group Chief Life & Health Officer of the company since July 2021. Previously, he worked with Poste Assicura – Gruppo Assicurativo Poste Vita.

Ms. Isabelle Conner has been the Chief Marketing and Customer Officer of the company since May 2014. Prior to this, she served as the Group Chief Marketing Officer at Zurich Insurance Group from 2011 to 2015 and at ING from 2004 to 2011. Previously, she worked for18 years at several leading global financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Weiss, Peck & Greer, and Prudential Securities.
