Mr. Carl Douglas has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2012. He also serves a Director of Investment AB Latour.

Mr. Nico Delvaux has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2018. He also has been the Head of Global Technologies segment of the company since 2018 and Head of Asia Pacific segment since 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Delvaux served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Metso Corporation from 2017 to 2018; the President of Compressor Technique at Atlas Copco Group from 2014 until 2017; and the President of Construction Technique from 2011 to 2014.

Mr. Erik Pieder has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he worked at Atlas Copco Group as the Vice President Business Control Compressor Technique. Earlier, Mr. Pieder served as the Managing Director at Bohler Welding Group Nordic AB for three years. He started his career with Atlas Copco Group in 1996.

Ms. Helle Bay has been Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as Head of People and Culture at Scania from 2019 to 2022. Held several Human Resources managerial positions at Vestas Wind Systems from 2007 to 2019. Previously, Ms. Bay held HR positions at SAP Denmark from 2003 to 2006 and Dansk Supermarked from 1992 until 2003.

Mr. Johan Hjertonsson has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Investment AB Latour since 2019. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of AB Fagerhult and Lammhults Design Group AB. Mr. Hjertonsson also held senior management positions in Electrolux Group. He also served as the Chairman of Alimak Group AB and Tomra Systems ASA.
