Mr. Akira Yoshioka has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Chairman of Charm Inc and Director of AlphaPurchase co Ltd. previously, he served as the Chairman of charm Inc; Director, Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of B-to-C Company.

Mr. Tsuguhiro Tamai has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Director, Executive Officer-Corporate Unit of the company since 2021. As an Executive Officer of the Corporate Unit, Mr. Tamai is responsible for corporate planning, public relations, investor relations, etc. contributing to the sustainable growth of ASKUL business. As a Chief Financial officer and a Director, he is in-charge of risk management. Based on his extensive business experience and track records, the company found him suitable for the role of Director working to strengthen corporate governance and achieve sustainable corporate value enhancement for the company.

Mr. Katsuhiro Kawamura has been the Chief Operating Officer, Director and Executive Officer of ASKUL Sales Unit in the company since 2022. He also serves as the Director of Soloel Corporation. Previously, he worked as the Executive Officer of LOHACO Platform Unit, LOHACO Business Planning Unit. Earlier, Mr. Kawamura served as the Director of Bizex Corp. he joined the company in 2009.
