Mr. Haluk GorGun has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as a Rector at Gebze Technical University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Associate Member of Turkey Academy of Sciences in 2013. He also served as the Chairman of Control and Automation Engineering Department of Yildiz Technical University from 2009 to 2013. Earlier, he served as the Associate Professor of Yildiz Technical University in 2008.

Mr. Ahmet Akyol has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Microelectronics, Guidance and Electro-Optics of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Directors of TUBITAK-SAGE and Sensor and Electronic Panel of the NATO Science and Technology Organization (STO). Previously, he also served as the Head of Electronic Warfare and Radar Systems (EHRS) Department at the Defence Industry Agency from 2021 to 2022. He also serves as the Head of the Communication, Electronics and Information Systems (MEBS) Department of the Defence Industry Agency since 2018. Earlier, Mr. Akyol held several positions such as Engineer, Manager, Consultant, Director and Deputy Chairman at the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, Ministry of National Defence, TUBITAK, HAVELSAN and QUANTUM3D from 2007 to 2022.

Mr. Yunus Poyraz has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he held various positions such as Advisor, Director, Deputy Executive Director at Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey from 2018 to 2021. He also served in the General Directorate of State Owned Enterprises at the Undersecretariat of Treasury in 2014. Previously, he served as Consultant at the OECD General Directorate of Trade and Agriculture in France from 2013 to 2014. He also served in the General Directorate of State Owned Enterprises from 2010 to 2013 and at Strategy Development Department from 2006 to 2010. Mr. Poyraz joined the company in 2021.

Mr. Mehmet Fatih Guclu has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Accounting and Financial Affairs Director of ASELSAN from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the General Coordinator at Deima Electromechanical Products from 2016 to 2017 and as the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant General Manager of SunExpress from 2012 to 2016.
