CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Ltd: Executives

Mr. William Tay Wee Leong has been the Chief Executive Officer and the Director of the company since 1 February 2018. He also served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Singapore and South East Asia (SSEA) at the AscendasSingbridge Group. Prior to that Mr.William served as the Chief Executive Officer for overseeing the real estate private equity funds business and investments, South Korea. He also held various management positions in investment, business development, asset and fund management at AscendasSingbridge since 2007.

Ms. Koo Lee Sze has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, she also served as the Director of Finance at Popular Holdings Limited. Ms. Sze started her career with Deloitte & Touche for the audit and assurance service division. She also has extensive experience across various fields including retail and service industries and manufacturing.

Mr. Beh Swan Gin has been the Chairman and Director of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Chairman at Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and EDB Investments and EDBI. Mr. Beh aloso served as the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Law from 1 July 2012 to 30 November 2014. Previously, He also served as the Managing Director at EDB from 1 August 2008 to 30 June 2012. Mr. Beh was also the Executive Director at Biomedical Research Council at the Agency for Science, Technology & Research since 2006 and the Director at the Ministry of Trade & Industry’s Energy Planning Division, in 2007.
