Mr. Eric R. Colson is the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2011. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the company since from 2015 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer- Investment Operations from 2007 to 2010. Previously, he worked as an Executive Vice President of Callan Associates, Inc, where he managed the institutional consulting group.

Mr. Charles J. Daley, Jr. has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since March 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Daley Jr. worked with Legg Mason, Inc., as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasure.

Mr. Samuel B. Sellers has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2023. Previously, he served as the Head of Investment Operations from 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Counsel and Associate Counsel from April 2013 of the company.

Ms. Sarah A. Johnson has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, and Secretary of the company since October 2013. She also serves as the General Counsel at Artisan Partners Funds, Inc. Prior to his, she served as Assistant Secretary at Artisan Partners Asset Management from April 2013 to October 2013.

Ms. Eileen L. Kwei has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, she worked for the Artisan Credit team between February 2018 and January 2021. Previously, she served as Relationship Manager at the Artisan Global Equity team.
