Mr. Neil Chatfield has been the Chairman of the company since February 2019. He also serves as the Chairman of Costa Group Holdings Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Seek Ltd and Virgin Australia Holdings Ltd; and a Director of Recall Holdings Ltd, Transurban Group and Iron Mountain Inc. Previously, he served as Director and Chief Financial Officer of Toll Holdings Ltd from 1997 to 2008.

Mr. Trevor Croker has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Managing Director of the company since 2017. He also serves as Director of Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation and American Gaming Association. Previously he served as a Director of the Australasian Gaming Council. Earlier, he served in various executive roles at the company including as Executive Vice President for Global Products and Insights.

Ms. Sally Denby has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2022. Previously, she served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the company. Earlier she held several positions at Nine MSN and GE Capital.

Mr. James Alvarez has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Global Chief Information Officer of Belkin International. He also served as Director of Enterprise and Management Applications at Scholastic Media and Entertainment. Previously, he founded a software consulting firm and subsequently merged it with The Hackett Group.

Mr. Andy Hendrickson has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he was the Chief Technology Officer of video game business Activision Publishing. He served as the Chief Technology Officer at Walt Disney Animation Studio for ten years. He led tech team at Lucasfilm and Dreamworks.
