Mr. Thomas A. Bradley has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2022 and is its Chairman since 2020. He also serves as a Director of Direct Surety Inc. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Fair Isaac Corp. Earlier, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer for The Travelers Cos Inc. Prior to that, he worked as the Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller at USF&G Corp. and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for The St. Paul Cos Inc.

Mr. Scott Kirk has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2021. He was previously employed by Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited from 2014 to 2020. Prior to this, he served in several senior finance roles at Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd., including a Financial Controller for the company’s U.K. operations and the Group Head of Internal Audit.

Mr. David Chan has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since February 2022. Previously, he served as Vice President and North American Controller at AmTrust. Prior to that, he worked as a Vice President and Senior Accounting Analyst at Moody’s.

Ms. Susan Comparato has been the Chief Administrative Officer of Argo Group since August 2021. Previously, she served as the company’s U.S. General Counsel and Senior Vice President, U.S. Insurance. Before joining the company in August 2018, Ms. Comparato worked 16 years at Syncora Holdings in various senior positions, including Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel and Board Member. She started her career as a Securitization Attorney with Sidley Austin LLP.

Mr. Marcus Foley has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since December 2022. Previously, he served as the Head of Capital Management at Aon. He also held a variety of roles at Aspen Insurance holdings, including Chief Capital Management and Strategy Officer, Head of Capital Modeling, Head of Capital Management, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Strategy Officer.
