Mr. John M. Pasquesi has been the Chairman of the company since September 2019 and its Director since October 2001. Prior to this, he served as Vice Chairman from November 2001 to September 2019 and Lead Director from November 2017 to September 2019. He is the Managing Member of Otter Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm.

Mr. Marc Grandisson serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since March 2018. Prior to this, he served as President of the company from March 2018 to December 2020. Previously, he served in various positions at the company and its subsidiaries including as President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2016 to March 2018, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arch Worldwide Reinsurance Group from 2005 to 2015, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arch Worldwide Mortgage Group from February 2014 to December 2015, President and Chief Executive Officer at Arch Re Bermuda, President and Chief Operating Officer of Arch Re Bermuda, and Chief Underwriting Officer and Actuary at Arch Re Bermuda. Earlier, he served at various companies including F&G Re Inc, Berkshire Hathaway Group, and Tillinghast/Towers Perrin.

Mr. Francois Morin has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Treasurer of the company since May 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Risk Officer, Senior Vice President, and Chief Actuary of the company from 2015 to 2018. He joined the company as the Chief Actuary and Deputy Chief Risk Officer in October 2011. Previously, Mr. Morin held various roles at Towers Watson & Co. and its predecessor firm Towers Perrin Forster & Crosby from 1990 to 2011.

Ms. Janice Englesbe has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the company since February 2019. Previously, she served as Group Deputy Chief Risk Officer of General Re. Ms. Englesbe has more than 25 years of experience in risk and finance.

Ms. Christine Todd has been the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since June 2021. She also serves as the President of Arch Investment Management Ltd. Prior to this, she served as Head of Fixed Income, the US for Amundi US from February 2019 to May 2021. Previously, she served in various companies including Neighborly Investments; Gannett, Welsh & Kotler; and Standish Mellon Asset Management Company LLC.
