Mr. Mohamed Juma Al Shamsi has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Port’s unit at AD Ports Group. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Ports Co PJSC, Chairman of ADNEC and Chairman of the Arab Sea Ports Federation.

Mr. Benjamin Demoge has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various senior management positions at Loreal, Michelin and La Poste Group. He also served as a member of Cabinet Officer and an advisor at France’s Minister of Economy. Mr. Demoge currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Africa, Asia and Middle East regions at Geopost. He held various board positions at DTDC express, Yurtici Kargo Servici, DPD, PickPoint and many others.

Mr. Othman Aljeda has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, he served as the company’s Interim Chief Operating Officer in 2020 and Regional Chief Executive Officer for Europe, North America and Asia from 2017 to 2020.

Mr. Nicolas J. Sibuet has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2022. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Acting Senior Vice President for Strategy, Marketing and Communications at Abu Dhabi Airports. Previously, Mr. Sibuet also served as an expert advisor to Boston Consulting Group. Previously, he served as the Vice President for Marketing and Business Development at Weatherford. Prior to that, he held multiple roles in the oil & gas and shipping industries.

Mr. Raji Hattar is the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Projects Officer and Corporate Customer Relationship Manager of the company.
