Mr. Peter C. Wallace has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Prior to this, He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Gardner Denver from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Wallace also served as the President, the Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Robbins & Myers, Inc.

Mr. Neil A. Schrimsher has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Cooper Industries and the President of Cooper Lighting Mr. Schrimsher also worked as the Vice President of Residential Infrastructure Division and Vice President of Power Distribution & Controls of Siemens Energy & Automation; and Sales Manager and General Manager of Commercial & Industrial Marketing at GE Lighting.

Mr. David K. Wells has been the Principal Accounting Officer of the company since June 2023 and Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since September 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance Division of the company from May 2017 to August 2017. Mr. Wells also served as the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Apex Tool Group and Colfax Corporation; other leadership positions at Danaher Corporation and Cooper Industries.

Mr. Kurt W. Loring has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of the company since July 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President in Human Resources for the Forged Products segment of Precision Castparts Corporation. Mr. Loring also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Qualitrol Corp, Danaher Corporation and Fluke Electronics.
