Mr. Robert Maersk Uggla has been Chairman of the company since 2022. He serves as the Chairman of A.P. Moller Capital P/S, and Maersk Tankers A/S. Currently, Mr. Uggla serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Agata ApS, and Estemco XII ApS. He also serves as a Director of IMD, and International Business Leaders’ Advisory Council, IBLAC.

Mr. Vincent Clerc has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer for Ocean and Logistics for the company from 2019 to 2022. Mr. Vincent also served as the Chief Commercial Officer of the company from 2015 to 2019.

Mr. Patrick Jany has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Finance Officer and a member of Executive Committee of Clariant AG. Mr. Patrick held various position include finance, general management, and corporate development roles in Clariant.

Ms. Rabab Boulos has been the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Infrastructure Officer of the company from 2023 to 2024. She also served as the Head of Global Ocean Customer Logistics from 2022 to 2023, Head of Network Strategy Deployment & Equipment Fleet from 2021 to 2022, and Head of West Central Asia Line Operation Cluster from 2015 to 2020 at the company.

Ms. Susana Elvira has been the Chief People Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Global Head of HR for Ocean and Logistics of the company. She worked for L’Oreal.
