Mr. Kei Tanikawa has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the bank since June 2020. Previously, he held various positions in the bank including Deputy President, Executive Officer, Senior Managing Executive Officer, General Manager, and Head of Trust Business Group, Compliance & Governance Unit, Business Banking Group, and Allied Banking Group.

Mr. Masayoshi Ohara has been a Director of the bank since June 2023. He serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Managing Executive Officer of the bank since July 2021. Previously, he held various roles at the bank including Chief Credit Risk Officer, Managing Executive Officer, Head of Financial Markets Group, Executive Officer, General Manager of Human Resources Division, and Head of Financial Markets Group.

Mr. Hideto Oomi has been a Director and Head of the Institutional Business Promotion Group of the bank since April 2022. He also serves as the Executive Officer and Deputy President of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Trust Business Group of the bank from July 2021 to April 2022. Previously, he held various positions in the bank including Head of Corporate Strategy Unit, Managing Executive Officer, Executive Officer of Special Assignment, and General Manager of Business Strategy Division.

Mr. Koji Yamakoshi has been the Deputy President, Director, and Executive Officer of the bank since July 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer, Director, and Head of Corporate Banking Group of the bank.

Mr. Ippei Murakami has been a Director of the bank since June 2014. He also servs as the Special Advisor since June 2011. Previously, he served as the President and Director of the bank. He also held various roles at the bank including Senior Managing Director of Corporate Planning.
