Mr. Michael Haylon has been the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as ManagiNG Director and Head of Conning North America at Conning, Inc., Mr. Haylon previously held various position at Conning, Inc. including Head of Asset Management Sales, Products and Marketing from 2014 until 2018, Investment Products from 2012 to 2014. Earlier, Mr. Haylon served as Head of Investment Product Management at General Re. He held various roles at Phoenix Companies, Inc including the Chief Financial Officer from 2004 until 2007 and a Executive Vice President and the Chief Investment Officer from 2002 until 2003 and the Executive Vice President of Phoenix Investment Partners, Ltd from 1995 to 2002 and President of Phoenix Investment Counsel.

Mr. David L. Finkelstein has been the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Investment officer and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a President of the company from 2020 until 2022. Mr. Finkelstein served as the Chief Investment Officer, Agency and RMBS of the company. Earlier, he served various managerial roles in the Markets Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup Inc. and Barclays PLC.

Ms. Serena Wolfe has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP and Central Region Real Estate Hospitality & Construction leader from 2017 to 2019. Currently, serves as a Director of Berkshire Grey, Inc. and Doma Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Steven F. Campbell has been a President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Credit Operations and Enterprise Risk from 2018 to 2019, the Chief Operating Officer of Annaly Commercial Real Estate Group from 2016 to 2018 and the Head of Credit Strategy from April to 2018. Mr. Campbell held various roles at Fortress Investment Group LLC, including Managing Director in the Credit Funds business. Earlier, he also held various roles at General Electric Capital Corporation and D.B. Zwirn & Co, L.P.

Mr. Don Choe is the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Technology Officer, Head of Asia-Pacific and Head of Analytics of ZAIS Group. He also served as Managing Director and Head of Securitized Products Analytics at Lehman Brothers.
