Mr. Stuart Chambers has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of ARM Holdings Plc and Rexam Plc. He also served as a Director of Tesco Plc from 2010 to 2015; Manchester Airport Group plc from 2010 until 2013; Smiths Group plc from 2006 to 2012; and Associated British Ports Holdings plc. He also held Chief Executive roles at Pilkington Plc and Nippon Sheet Glass. Mr. Chambers was the Chairman of Travis Perkins Plc and serves as a member of the UK Takeover Panel.

Mr. Craig Miller has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2023 and Director of the company since 2019. Previously he served as a the Finance Director of the company from 2019 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Financial Controller of Anglo American Group from 2015 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Anglo American Iron Ore Brazil and Anglo Thermal Coal.

Mr. Matt Daley has been the Group Director of Technical at the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Group Head of Mining at the company. Mr. Daley was the Executive General Manager at Glencore Canada. Earlier, he served as a Director of PolyMet Mining. He also worked at Xstrata and Minera Alumbrera.

Ms. Sayurie Naidoo has been the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2023. She also served as Financial Controller of the company.

Mr. Didier Charreton has been the Group Director of People and Organisation of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Baker Hughes. Earlier, he served as the Human Resources Director at Coats plc in the UK, and before that held a number of Human Resources roles at Schlumberger, based in the US, Argentina, Venezuela and France.
