Mr. Tuncay Ozilhan is the Chairman of the company. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of Anadolu Group since 2007. Previously he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Anadolu Group from 1984 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as the General Director of Erciyas Brewery, Coordinator of the Beer Group and General Coordinator of the Anadolu Group. Mr. Ozilhan also served as the Chairman of TUSIAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association) from 2001 to 2003. He also serves as the Chairman of High Advisory Council and the Turkish – Russian Business Council at the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK).

Mr. Can Caka has been the President of Beer Group and Chief Executive officer of the company since January 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Anadolu Group since 2013 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2008 to 2012; Director of Efes Beer Group Strategy and Business Development from 2005 to 2008. He also served as the Efes Beer Group Strategy and Business Development Manager of the company from 2001 to 2005.

Mr. Gokce Yanasmayan serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Efes Moldova from 2014 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Finance Director at Efes Ukraine from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Yanasmayan also served as the Finance Director at Efes Kazakhstan from 2010 to 2012 and Finance and Administration Manager at Efes Breweries International from 2006 to 2010. He joined the company in 2004 as Reporting and Budgeting Manager, Efes Kazakhstan. Before that, he also worked as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen from 2000 to 2002 and as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2004.
