Mr. Milind Pant has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he was the President of Pizza Hut International with Yum! Brands. He held various leadership positions in Yum! Brands including the President of Yum! China, as the Managing Director of Yum! Thailand and as the Chief Marketing Officer of Yum! Indian Subcontinent. Mr. Pant has 14 years of experience with Unilever in various executive roles, including Vice President of Foods for Africa, Middle East, Turkey.

Mr. Steve Van Andel has been the Chairman of the company since 1995. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Amway’s business operations in North and South America and as the Vice President of Marketing for Amway. Mr. Andel also served as the Chairman of the US Chamber of Commerce and also served as a member in several committees such as the US China Business Council and the US Korea Business Council. He also served as the Chairman of the Economic Club of Grand Rapids from 2014 to 2015. Currently, he serves on the Boards of Directors of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation, Business Leaders for Michigan, West Michigan Policy Forum and Metro Health Hospital. Mr. Andel also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University and on the board of Hillsdale College.

Mr. DeVos is the Co-Chairman of the company. He held various leadership roles for the company in Europe, the Americas and Asia. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations from 2014 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of the U.S. Direct Selling Association from 2003 to 2004.

Ms. Beck Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Vice President of A70 Transformation Office. Prior to this, she held various leadership positions such as Vice President of Global Procurement and Vice President of Global Project Management and Supply Chain Planning. Earlier, she also held management roles in Global Project Management, Global Direct Procurement, and Supply Chain Financial Analysis and Reporting. She joined the company in 2008.

Mr. Michael Nelson is the Chief Operating Officer, Chief People Officer of Amway. Previously, he served as the company’s Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Amway Global Strategic Planning and as a Director of Amway’s Project Management and Strategic Procurement. Previously, he also served on the board of Directors of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Nelson joined the company in 1992 and held various senior leadership positions related to company strategy, vision and growth.
