Mr. Martin H. Loeffler has been the Chairman of the company since 1997. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 2008 and the President from 1987 to 2007. Mr. Loeffler also held general management and operations roles in various European countries.

Mr. R. Adam Norwitt has been the Chief Executive Officer , President and a Director and of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2007. Prior to this, he worked as the Senior Vice President and Group General Manager of Worldwide RF and Microwave products division from 2004 to 2006. Earlier, Mr. Norwitt also worked as the General Manager and Business Development Manager with various operating groups in the company. He served as the corporate Lawyer at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Mr. Craig A. Lampo has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Controller of the company from 2004 to 2015, and as a Treasurer from 2004 to 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Lampo served as a Senior Audit Manager with Deloitte and Touche LLP from 2002 to 2004. He was also associated with Arthur Andersen LLP from 1993 to 2002. .
