Douglas D. Wheat has been the Chiarman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as Founding and Managing Partner of Southlake Equity Group from 2007 to 2015. Earlier to this, he was President of Haas Wheat & Partners from 1992 to 2006.

Ms. Cary Grace has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as Chief Executive Officer of the Global Retirement, Investment and Human Capital Solutions at Aon PLC from 2016 to 2020. Earlier, she worked as Aon’s Global M&A integration.

Mr. Jeffrey R. Knudson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served in a number of financial and operational roles, as well as served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Supply Chain of At Home Group, Inc. Before that, he served in several leadership positions at CVS Health and CVS Caremark Corp, including as Senior Vice President of Finance and Retail Controller for their retail pharmacy segment.

Ms. Kelly Rakowski has been the Chief Operating Officer and President in Leadership and Search Solutions of AMN Healthcare Services Inc since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Advisory Services at Premier, Inc.

Mr. James Taylor has been the Group President and Chief Operating Officer, Physician & Leadership Solutions of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President, Sportservice, at Delaware North. Mr. Taylor was associated with Sodexo for around 18 years where he served in several leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, Healthcare in London; Division President, Healthcare; President, Senior Living; and Corporate Vice President, among others. Before that he also served as Director of Operations for Coca Cola in Dallas.
