Mr. John F. Crowley has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President at Genzyme Therapeutics. Previously Mr. Crowley served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Novazyme Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Bradley L. Campbell has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Campbell served as the Product Manager for Myozyme at Genzyme. Previously Mr. Campbell served in Sales and Marketing for Bristol-Myers Squibb and as a strategy consultant for Marakon Associates.

Mr. Simon Harford has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of Boston-based biotech Albireo Pharma Inc and Chief Financial Officer at PAREXEL International Corporation. Previously he served leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline plc and Eli Lilly and Company.

Ms. Samantha Prout has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Senior Director & Global Controller, Executive Director & Global Controller, and Vice President and Global Controller roles at Amicus Therapeutics Inc.

Ms. Ellen S. Rosenberg has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel. She also served as Senior Vice President, and Associate General Counsel of Shire. Before that, Ms. Rosenberg served as the Associate General Counsel for the Metabolic Endocrinology division at EMD Serono Inc, an affiliate of Merck KGaA.
