Mr. Anant Bhalla has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2020, President since January 2020 and a Director of the company. Previously, he served as a Partner at Bhalla Capital Partners. Prior to that, served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Brighthouse Financial Inc from 2016 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Retail business of MetLife. Mr. Bhalla also served as the Chief Risk Officer, Treasurer and other management roles at American International Group, Ameriprise Financial and Lincoln National Corporation.

Mr. Axel Andre has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Jackson National. Previously, he worked with AIG and held various roles including Chief Risk Officer for Group Retirement, Individual Retirement, and Institutional Markets, and Chief Financial Officer for Individual Retirement division. Earlier, he also worked with Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Dewayne Lummus has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and Corporate Controller of Equitable from 2019 until 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Retail Financial Products for Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America from 2015 through 2019.

Mr. Nicholas P. Volpe has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since August 2022. Previously, he worked as the Chief Information Officer of Individual Markets at Guardian Life Insurance Company. He also served in various roles with AXA Group from 2001 to 2010.

Ms. Kate Etinger has been the Chief People Officer of the company since July 2022 and as Executive Vice President since February 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Bank Leumi USA. Previously, she worked with HSBC, Citigroup, and Merrill Lynch.
