Mr. Victorio Carlos De Marchi is the Co-Chairman and Director of the company since 1999. Prior to this, he held various positions, including Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2000 at Antarctica. He also served as the President at the Brewing Industry National Association (Sindicerv). Currently, he is a member of the Orientation Committee at FAHZ.

Mr. Jean Jereissati Neto has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Central America and Caribbean business unit and as the Chief Executive Officer of China’s operations of ABI. Previously, he also served as Chief Executive Officer of Asia and Pacific North Zone of ABI and as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of the company. Mr. Neto joined the company in 1998.

Ms. Leticia Rudge Barbosa Kina has been the Vice President of Legal and Compliance of the company since 2019. She joined the company in 2002. She has held various positions including Corporate and Litigation Officer and Legal Tax Manager.

Mr. Lucas Machado Lira has been the Chief Financial, Investor Relations and Shared Services Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions at the company, including Global Vice President of Finance for M&A at ABI, Corporate and Compliance Legal Officer, Head of Investor Relations department, PMO – Supply Chain and Legal Manager HILA and M&A. Mr. Lira joined the Company in 2005.

Mr. Eduardo Braga Cavalcanti de Lacerda has been the Vice President of Commercial in the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Non-Alcoholic and as the Chief Executive Officer of CAC business unit. He joined the company in 2001. Prior to this, Mr. Lacerda has held various positions including FP&A Global Vice President for ABI; Head of Mergers and Acquisitions in Europe; and Financial Officer also in Europe.
