Mr. Dennis Mathew has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company. Prior to this role, he held various senior corporate and operational leadership positions at Comcast including Senior Vice President of Western New England Region, Vice President and General Manager of Xfinity Home, Vice President of Xfinity Home Wholesale Product Operations, and Vice President of New Businesses. Previously, he also held a number of positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Andersen/Protiviti.

Mr. Marc Sirota has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Previously he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Telecommunications at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of a Division at Comcast. Previously, he also served as the Cable Assistant Controller and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Intelligence.

Ms. Lisa Gonzalez Anselmo has been the Chief Diversity Officer and Executive Vice President of Communications of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Communications of the company. Earlier, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at Cablevision. Prior to joining Cablevision in 2010, she served as a Director of Public Affairs and Communications at American Express.

Mr. Leroy Williams has been the Executive Vice President, and Chief Growth and Innovation Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Product Officer, and Senior Vice President of B2C Sales and Business Operations at Samsung Electronics America. Previously, he also served as the Chief Retail Officer and Chief Brand Officer at Rogers Communications.

Mr. Michael Olsen has been the Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer and General Counsel of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Secretary of the company. Earlier he served as the Senior Vice President of Legal Regulatory and Legislative Affairs and Vice President of Government Affairs at Cablevision.
