Mr. Gustavo Moller-Hergt has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Moller-Hergt served as the Chief Representative at Droege Group from 2008 to 2011. Before that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Representative at Warsteiner Group. Mr. Moller-Hergt also served as a member of the supervisory board at SIAC in Douala, Cameroon, and the Chairman of the supervisory board at CASA Isenbeck in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Mr. Walter P. J. Droege has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of the company since 2011. He is the Founder, a Sole Director, a Member of the Supervisory Boards, and the Chief Executive Officer of Droege International Group. Mr. Droege also serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Deutsche Bank and HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Trenkwalder International and Trenkwalder Beteiligungs. Mr. Droege is a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director at Dutech Holdings. He has been a Member of the Advisory Board at Weltbild Holding. He also has been a Member of the Supervisory Board at the METRIC mobility solutions since 2015.

Mr. Ralf Retzko has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Controlling, Commercial Manager, and the Chief Financial Officer at Actebis Group and as the Central Controlling at Karstadt. He served as the Scientific Assistant at the Institute of Business Information Technology, Gottingen University.
