Mr. Sundar Pichai has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Google since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Products at Google from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Pichai was appointed as the Senior Vice President of Google’s Android, Chrome and Apps from 2013 to 2014. He joined Google in 2004 and held various positions including the Senior Vice President of Chrome and Apps, and Vice President of Product Management. Prior to this, he held various managerial roles including engineering and product management in Applied Materials Inc and in management consulting at McKinsey & Company.

Ms. Ruth M. Porat has been the Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer and President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Google.

Mr. Amie Thuener O'Toole has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Controller and Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Google & Alphabet from 2013 to 2018. Mr. O'Toole held several senior leaderships positions at PWC LLP, Girls Leadership and in FASB.

Mr. John L. Hennessy has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Lead Director of the company from April 2007 to January 2018. Previously, he served as the Director of Cisco Systems Inc from 2002 to 2018, and President of Stanford University from 2000 to 2016. Mr. Hennessy held various positions at Stanford, including Dean of the Stanford University School of Engineering and Chair of the Stanford University Department of Computer Science from 1994 to 2000.
