Mr. Vassilios E. Psaltis has been the Chief Executive Officer of the group since January 2019. Simulataneously, he has been a Director of the group since 2018. Prior to this, Mr. Pasaltis was appointed as the General Manager in 2012. Previously, he was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the group in 2010. Earlier, Mr. Psaltis worked as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Emporiki Bank and at ABN AMRO Bank’s Financial Institutions Group in London.

Mr. Lazaros A Papagaryfallou has been the Chief Financial Officer and a General Manager of the group since January 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive General Manager of the Group since 2013 to 2018. Mr. Papafallou had joined ABG in 1998 and had served as Manager of the Corporate Development, International Network and Strategic Planning Divisions.

Mr. Stefanos Mytilineos has been the Chief Operating Officer and a General Manager of the bank since 2020. He has been the Chief Technology Officer at Commercial Bank of Qatar and later was announced as a General Manager, Digital Business at Piraeus Bank. Previously, he served as the Deputy Group Chief Information Officer at Eurobank and a Business Consultant at McKinsey & Company, based in Athens and London.

Mr. Spiros A Andronikakis has been the Chief Risk Officer and a General Manager of the group since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Credit Officer of the group from 2007 to 2012 and as the Corporate Banking Manager from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Andronikakis had joined ABG in 1998.

Ms. Fragiski Melissa is the General Manager, Chief Human Resources Officer of the group. Prior to this, she served as the Executive General Manager. Previously, she was Head of Human Resources for Vodafone in Greece and Romania and Regional Human Resource Director for Southeastern Europe for Colgate Palmolive. Earlier, she was leading the human resources function at Makro Cash & Carry in Greece and served as a Senior Manager at KPMG.
