Mr. Luis Fernando Alarcon Mantilla has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as a Director of Almacenes Éxito S.A. Currently, he serves as the President of the board of directors of Almacenes Éxito S.A. and member of the board of directors of Electricas de Medellín Comercial (Edemco), Frontera Energy Corp., Transportes y Servicios (Transer) S.A., and Fundación Plan. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Interconexion Electrica S.A, Asofondos de Colombia from 2001 to 2007 and Flota Mercante Grancolombiana from 1991 to 1997. Earlier, he served as a Director of Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A from 2015 to 2020, Emgesa S. A from 2017 to 2020, Banco de Bogota from 1997 to 2007, Avianca from 1997 to 2001, and Cafesalud from 1993 to 1997.

Mr. Carlos Mario Giraldo Moreno has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2013. He also serves as a Director at Solla S.A., Copa Holdings, Copa Airlines Colombia and FENALCO (Federación Nacional de Comerciantes y Empresarios). Previously, he served as the President of Retail Operating of the company from 2007 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Industrias Alimenticias Noel and Compania de Galletas Noel. Earlier, Mr. Moreno served as the Chairman at ANDI (National Business Association of Colombia) from 2003 to 2004. He also served as the member of the Board of Directors of ISA S.A.

Mr. Jacky Yanovich Mizrachi is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Store Manager, Director of Exito, Head of Ley and Pomona Operations and Manager of the company.
