Mr. Franklin W. Hobbs has been the Chairman of company since 2009. Mr. Hobbs served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ribbon Communications Inc from December 2017 to November 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. Mr. Hobbs also served as the Chairman of UBS AG’s Warburg Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. unit. Previously, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Dillon, Read & Co. Inc.

Mr. Russell Hutchinson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for global mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs Group Inc.

Mr. David J. DeBrunner has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Ally Financial since September 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Senior Vice President of Fifth Third Bancorp (Fifth Third) from January 2002 to August 2007. Previously, Mr. DeBrunner served as the Chief Financial Officer for Commercial Division of Fifth Third Bancorp and held various financial roles in Fifth Third. He served in various positions at Deloitte and Touche LLP in the Chicago and Cincinnati offices.

Mr. Jason E. Schugel has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as a Deputy Chief Risk Officer of the company from 2017 to 2018. Mr. Schugel also served in the Financial Planning and Analysis team of the company. Previously, he served as a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at LendingTree, LLC. Earlier, Mr. Schugel served in Investment Banking at Wachovia.

Mr. Dan Soto has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2010. He served at Wachovia Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, and Bank of America. Mr. Doto joined the company as an executive compliance director in September 2009.
