Mr. Robert S. Wetherbee serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company. Prior to that, he was ATI’s Executive Vice President, Flat Rolled Products from 2015 to 2018, and President, ATI Flat Rolled Products from 2014 to 2015. Previously, Mr. Wetherbee served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Minerals Technologies, Inc. from 2013 to 2014. He was the President of ATI’s tungsten materials business from 2010 through 2012 and Vice President of Market Strategy of Alcoa Inc. from 2006 to 2009.

Mr. Donald P. Newman has been the Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Stelco Holdings Inc from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Headwaters Inc from 2010 to 2017. He also served as the Vice President, Controller and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Boart Longyear Ltd, and Chief Accounting Officer at an international software company, ACI Worldwide.

Ms. Kimberly A. Fields has been the President of the company since July 2023. She also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as the President at IDEX Corporation and President of GAST Manufacturing. She also serves as Executive Vice President of VRAZ’s North American Flat Products business.

Mr. Jimmy Williams has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as an Executive Director and Distinguished Service Professor at Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to this, Mr. Williams served as the Senior Vice President of Pall Corp.

Ms. Vaishali Bhatia has been the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President since 2023, and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company.
