Mr. Taro Fujie has been the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since June 2022. Previously, he was appointed as Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of the company in June 2021 and as the General Manager of Food Products Division of the company in April 2021. He also appointed as the Chief Transformation Officer in July 2020 and as a Corporate Vice President of the company in June 2017. Earlier, he took up the position of President at Ajinomoto do Brasil Industria e Comercio de Alimentos Ltda in June 2015 and Corporate Executive Officer of the company in June 2013. He was selected as the President of Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation in July 2011 and as the General Manager of China Foods & Seasonings Dept., China Business Strategy & Planning Division in July 2008. Mr. Fujie Joined Ajinomoto in April 1985.

Mr. Hiroshi Shiragami is the Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, Director, and Chief Innovation Officer of the company. Previously, he served as Corporate Vice President and Deputy General Manager-AminoScience Division in 2019. Earlier, he served as Chairman and Managing Director at Ajinomoto Althea, Inc in 2013. He also served as General Manager at AminoScience Business development Department in 2009. He joined the company in 1986.
