Mr. Frits van Hout has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Director at ASMLChief Strategy Officer, Chief Program Officer and Chief Marketing Officer from 2009 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as Divisin functions in Senior Management from 2001 to 2009. Earlier, he served as Chairman Bayeler, Hardinxveld-Giessendam, Netherlands & Gotha from 1998 to 2001. Prior to this, he was Chief technology Officer of Datacolor, Dietlikon, Schweiz & Bradford, Großbritannien from 1992 to 1997. From 1984 to 1992 he served Div. functions in Management of ASML, Veldhoven, Netherlands.

Mr. Christian Danninger has been the Chief Financial Officer and director of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at SANY Group from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at SANY Group. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer at AHC Oberflächentechnik from 2016 to 2017. From 2005 to 2015, he served various leadership roles at Engle Austria.

Mr. Felix J. Grawert has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2017. Prior to this, he served various leadership roles including Head of product line high voltage conversion at Infineon Technologies from 2013 to 2017. From 2005 to 2013, he served as Consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Jochen Linck has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2020. Prior to this, he served various leadership roles at Diebold Nixdorf including Managing Director of DN Systems, member of the Executive Committee, Global Launch Manager for the next generation ATM Series, Global Head of Development, and Head of Development at Wincor Nixdorf. From 2001 to 2012, he served on partner role at McKinsey & Company. He also served at Raab Karcher from 1985 to 1999.

Mr. Kim Schindelhauer has been the Chairman of the company since September 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from March to August 2017. Previously, he served as the Execuitve Partner at AIXTRON Semiconductor Technologies GmbH from 1992 to 1997, and Chief Financial Controller of General Tire Inc from 1987 to 1992. He also served as a Financial Director of Continental Products Corp from 1984 to 1987. Mr. Schindelhauer served as the Controller of export business of Continental AG from 1983 to 1984, and as Controller from 1981 to 1983.
