Mr. James K. Sims has been the Chairman of the company since 2003. He served as the Chief Executive Officer from March 2019 to August 2019, as the Interim Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2019, and as the Executive Chair from 2018 to 2019. He also serves as the Chairman of EPAY Systems, Inc., Connections 365, Inc. and Bright Volt, Inc. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the company form 2003. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GEN3 Partners in 1999, and as the Managing Partner of GEN3 Capital, LLP, in 2005. Previously, Mr. Sims worked as the Chairman and Director of Cambridge Technology Partners, Electronic Data Systems Corporation and RSA Security, Inc.

Mr. Jacob Suen has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, President of the company since 2019. Previously, he also as the Senior Vice President of the company from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this he served as the Director of Business Development at Paradyne Corporation from 1998 to 2005. Previously he served as development engineer at GVN Technologies in 1998. Mr. Jacob Suen serves as software development engineer at Motorola Incorporation from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Suen joined the company as the Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales in 2006.

Mr. Michael Elbaz has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Finance at Cohu. Previously, he served as the Vice President at AMN Healthcare from 2012 to 2019. He also served as Vice President Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Conexant Systems from 2009 to 2011. He also held various finance leadership positions at NextWave Wireless and Conexant Systems.

Mr. Ali S. Sadri has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Engineering of the company from 2021 to 2022. Previously, Mr. Sadri worked as the Vice President of Engineering at SOLiD Inc. from 2020 to 2021. Earlier, he served as the Senior Director of communications group and technology development group at Intel from 2002 to 2020. Mr. Sadri was the Founder and Chairman of WiGig Alliance and Director of Communications Standards at IBM from 1990 to 2000.

Mr. Morad Sbahi has been the Senior Vice President of Global Product and Marketing of the Company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy from 2020 to 2021 and General Manager of EMEA of the company from 2013 to 2020. Previously, Mr. Sbahi worked as the General Manager of EMEA at SMC Networks, Inc. He also held several management positions at Broadcom, Texas Instruments, Applied Micro Circuits, and Ubee Interactive.
