Mr. Tan Sri Anthony Francis Fernandes has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President for Southeast Asia at Warner Music Group. Earlier, he served at Virgin Group.

Ms. Pattra Boosarawongse has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of AirAsia Thailand and Asia Aviation PCL from 2014 to 2016. Previously, she served as the Finance Director and General Manager of Sony Music. Ms. Boosarawongse also worked as a Senior Auditor of Ernst & Young.

Ms. Aireen Omar has been the President- Investments and Ventures of the company. She also serves as Chief Executive Officer at RedBeat Capital, and a Non-Executive Director of Tune Protect Group Berhad. In 2012, Aireen was appointed as AirAsia Berhad’s Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. Aireen joined AirAsia in 2006 as the Director of Corporate Finance. She served in several major local financial institutions including the Maybank Group. She also served as an Associate at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc from 1997 to 2000.

Mr. Bo Lingam has been the President of the company. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer at AirAsia Aviation Ltd. Prior to this, he served in various key roles like Purchasing and Supplies Senior Manager, Regional Guest Services Director, President & Group Chief Operating Officer and Ground Operations Manager in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Prior to joining AirAsia, and upon completing his Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, he worked extensively in the publication and music industry at various production houses, including as Production Controller at EMI Music Malaysia as well as Operations Manager and Promotions Manager at Warner Music Malaysia.

Mr. Kamarudin bin Meranun has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the company since 2018. He is also serves as a Executive Chairman of AirAsia Berhad. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer at AirAsia Berhad. He was appointed Executive Director at Innosabah Capital Management Sdn Bhd in 1994. He served as a Portfolio Manager at Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank from 1988 to 1993.
