Mr. Kikuo Toyoda has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2019. Previously, he also served as the Vice Chairman of the Board, Assistant to the Chairman of the company from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, he also worked as the Vice Chairman of the Board, Assistant to the Chairman and Head of Medical Company from 2017 to 2018.Preceding this, he held the position of Director, Vice President, Tokyo Representative and Head of Medical Company. Mr. Toyoda, also served as the Senior Managing Director, Head of Medical Company and General Manager at the company from 2013 to 2016. Earlier, he held various positions at the company which includes Managing Director, Executive Office and President.

Mr. Ryosuke Matsubayashi has been the president, Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he worked as the Managing Executive Officer Engineering of the Company from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, he also held the position of Director of the Company, in charge of overseas engineering division from 2019 to 2021. Mr. Matsubayashi also worked as the Senior Executive Officer, General Manager of Engineering Department, Representative Director and President of Air Water Plant Engineering Co., Ltd from 2017 to 2018.
