Mr. Natarajan Chandrasekaran has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tata Consultancy Services from 2009 to 2017. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Tata Power, Tata Consultancy, Tata Consumer Products and Indian Hotel Company. Mr. Chandrasekaran served as the Chairman of the Information and Communication Technology Industry Governors at the World Economic Forum, Davos from 2015 to 2016. He was the Chairman of NASSCOM from 2012 to 2013.

Mr. Campbell Wilson has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2022. He held senior roles at Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Scoot. Mr. Wilson worked at SIA in Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, and Japan. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SIA.

Mr. Vinod Hejmadi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Finance Director of the company. He held several senior roles as well as the Finance Manager of Air India in Geneva and Chicago.

Mr. Klaus Goersch has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer at Air Canada. Previously he served leadership roles at British Airways.

Mr. Nipun Aggarwal has been the Chief Commercial and Transformation Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President at Tata Sons. Mr. Aggarwal also worked at Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He served as the Commercial Advisor at BP PLC. He started his career at Larsen & Toubro as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. Currently, Mr. Aggarwal serves as a Director at Tata Electronics, Air India Express, and AIX Connect. He also serves as the Chairman of Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS).
