Mr. Ahmed Alkharji is the Group Chief Executive Officer of the bank. He is also Director at KFH Capital Investment Company; Director at Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad; and Director at Kuwait Turkish Participation Bank. Previously, he worked as Group Chief Corporate Banking Officer at Kuwait Finance House; Acting Group CEO at Kuwait Finance House Group; Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad.

Mr. Hamad Abdul Mohsen Al Marzouq has been the Chairman of the bank since March 2023. Prior to this, he worked as Vice Chairman of the bank. Previously, he was Director and Chairman at Kuwait Banking Association. He also served as Chairman at Kuwait Finance House.

Mr. Adel A. El- Labban, has been the Deputy Chairman of the bank since March 2023. He also serves as the Deputy Chairman at the Ahli Bank SAOG, The Commercial Bank of Iraq, The United Bank for Commerce and Investment S.A.C. Libya and The Middle East Financial Investment Co. He also serves as a Director at the Ahli United Bank (UK) Plc, the Ahli United Bank KSCP, the Ahli United Bank Limited, and the Bahrain Association of Banks. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director at United Bank of Kuwait PLC and a Managing Director at Commercial International Bank of Egypt. Previously, he served as the Chairman at Commercial International Investment Company, Egypt, as a Vice President of Corporate Finance at Morgan Stanley, the US and as an Assistant Vice President at Arab Banking Corporation, Bahrain.
