Mr. Gu Shu has been the Chairman of the bank since February 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager of the Accounting and Settlement Department, the Deputy General Manager of the Planning and Finance Department and the General Manager of the Finance and Accounting Department. Previously, he served as the Secretary and the General Manager of the Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations Department, and the President of the Shandong Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.

Mr. Zhang Xuguang has been the Executive Vice President and a Director of the bank since October 2020. Previously, he served at China National Aero-Technology Import and Export Corporation. Earlier, he served as the Executive Vice President of the Tianjin branch, the Deputy General Director of the Executive Office, and the President of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region branch of the China Development Bank.

Mr. Lin Li has been the Executive Vice President and a Director of the bank since June 2021. Prior to this, he served at the China Raw Materials Investment Corporation and China Development Bank. Previously, he served as the Deputy Director and Director of the General Office, a Director and Secretary at China Everbright Group Corporation, the Chief of the Reform and Development Steering Group Office of China Everbright Group Corporation, and the Chief of the Office of Executive Directors of China Everbright Holdings Company Limited.

Mr. Liao Luming has been a Director of the bank since August 2017. He also serves at Central Huijin Investment Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Director Clerk of the Research Division, a Deputy Director and Director of the Information Division, and a Director of the News Division at the General Office of MOF.
