Mr. Mike McMullen has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2015. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2014 till 2015 and also served as the Senior Vice President and President, Chemical Analysis Group from 2009 till 2014.Previously, he also served in various capacities for Agilent, including Vice President and General Manager of the Chemical Analysis Solutions Unit of the Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis Group and Country Manager for Agilent's China, Japan and Korea Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis Group. Prior to that, he served as the Controller for the Hewlett Packard Company and Yokogawa Electric Joint Venture from July 1996 to March 1999.

Mr. Robert W. McMahon has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2018. He also serves as the Interim President of Diagnostics and Genomics business. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hologic Inc, from May 2014 to August 2018. Prior to this, Mr. McMahon spent 20 years with Johnson & Johnson (J&J) most recently as the Worldwide Vice President of Finance and Business Development for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics division of J&J's Medical Device and Diagnostics Group.

Ms. Katharine Knobil serves as Chief Medical Officer at the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Chief Medical Officer and Head of Research and Development at Kaleido Biosciences. Previously, she also worked with GlaxoSmithKline and Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Mr. Rodney Gonsalves is the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company. Prior to this role, he served as the Vice President and operational Chief Financial Officer for various business groups in Agilent. His previous roles at Agilent include the Vice President of Investor Relations; the Controller, Corporate Governance; and the Controller for the Photonics Systems Business Unit. Prior to Agilent, Mr. Gonsalves held a variety of positions in finance with Hewlett- Packard Company.

Mr. Padraig McDonnell has been the President-Agilent Cross Lab Group, Senior Vice President and the Chief Commercial Officer since 2021. Prior to that, he served as the vice president and general manager of Agilent’s chemistries and supplies division since 2016. Previously, he also served in various roles at Hewlett-Packard Co.
