Douglas W. Stotlar
Chairman; Director Executive BoardMr. Douglas W. Stotlar has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He also served as a Director of the company. He was the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Con-way Inc from 2005 to 2015. Mr. Stotlar held several positions at Con-way Transportation Services Inc including the President and Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2005; an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2004; and an Executive Vice President of Operations from 1997 to 2002. Currently, he also serves as a Director of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co, LSC Communications Inc, Grieve Well and Mauser Packaging Solutions.
W. Troy Rudd
Director; Chief Executive Officer Executive BoardMr. W. Troy Rudd has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2015 to 2020. He held various roles at the company including the Chief Operating Officer of Design Consulting Services (DCS) Americas, the Chief Financial Officer of DCS Global from 2014 to 2015, the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer from 2012 until 2015, and the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.
