Mr. Jim Skogsbergh is the Chief Executive Officer and the President of the organization. Prior to this, he was the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Advocate Health Care.

Mr. Dominic Nakis is the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Advocate Aurora Health Care. He started his career with health care practice at Ernst & Young. Later on, in 1995 Mr. Nakis joined EHS Health Care, which merged with the now newly formed Advocate Aurora Health Care.

Mr. William P. Santulli is the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Vice President of the organization. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital; as the Chief Operating officer of New England Medical Center. Mr. Santulli also served in various senior management positions with Iowa Health System (Des Moines, IA), Unihealth America (Los Angeles, CA) and Good Samaritan Hospital (Puyallup, WA).

Mr. Scott Powder has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to this, he served as head of international sales and strategy for a medical device manufacturer.

Mr. Kevin R. Brady is the Senior Vice President and the Chief Human Resources officer of the company. He served in various key leadership roles at Advocate, including six years as the vice president of system-wide compensation and benefits. Mr. Brady has also served as the vice president of human resources at Advocate Christ Medical Center and Advocate Children’s Hospital - Oak Lawn.
