Advanced Drainage Systems Inc: Executives

Mr. Robert M. Eversole has been the Chairman of the company since July 2022. He also served as Managing Partner of Stonehenge Partners. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Central Ohio.

Mr. D Scott Barbour has been the Chief Executive officer, President and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to joining the Company, he held a variety of roles at Emerson Electric Co from 1989 to 2016, including as President and Chief Executive officer of its Network Power business.

Mr. Scott A. Cottrill has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to November 2014 and Executive Vice President from November 2014 to February 2015 at Jeld-Wen, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Cottrill served as the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from 2005 to 2012, and Vice President of Internal Audit from 2002 to 2005 at Goodrich Corporation. Earlier, he also served at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1987 to 1998.

Mr. Kevin Talley has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since August 2016. Previously, he served for 17 years at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company.
