Mr. Jean-Christophe Deslarzes has been the Chairman of the company since April 2020. Prior to this, he was the Chairman of Compensation Committee and the Member of Audit Committee of the company. He has also worked for Arthur Andersen, Rio Tinto; Alcan and Alusuisse in various leadership roles including, Senior Vice President Human Resources, member of the Executive Committee of Alcan Group; President and Chief Executive Officer of Downstream Aluminium Businesses of Rio Tinto; Chief Human Resources and Organisation Officer and member of the Executive Board at Carrefour Group. He was also the Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Committee of ABB Group; Chairman of the Board of Directors of ABB India Limited. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Constellium.

Mr. Denis Machuel has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2022.

Mr. Coram Williams has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pearson Plc; and the Chief Financial Officer of Penguin Random House from 2013 to 2015. He has also worked for Arthur Andersen; Pearson Plc until 2013. Mr. Coram Williams has been a non-executive member of the board of the Guardian Media Group, since 2017; and is the Chairman of its audit committee.

Ms. Gordana Landen has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) in Amsterdam. Previously, she was Senior Vice President for Human Resources at Swedish paper manufacturer SCA from 2008 and 2015.

Mr. Teppo Paavola has been the Chief Digital Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Development Officer of Spanish multinational bank BBVA Group, and the General Manager of its New Digital Businesses unit from October 2014.
