Mr. Florentino Perez Rodriguez has been the Chairman of the company since 1993. Prior to this, he held various positions in public administration including delegate for Sanitation and Environment of the Madrid City council and the Managing Sub-Director of the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Energy. He also served as the Managing Director of Transport Infrastructures in the Ministry of Transport, and the Chairman of National Institute for Agricultural Reform and Development (IRYDA) of the Ministry of Agriculture. He served as the Vice Chairman, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Construcciones Padros SA; and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OCP Construcciones SA.

Mr. Antonio Garcia Ferrer has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2003. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Grupo Dragados SA. Earlier, he served at Dragados y Construcciones SA in various roles including Managing Director of the Industrial and Services divisions from 2001 to 2002, Director of Building from 1998 to 2001 and Regional Director for Madrid from 1989 to 1998.

Mr. Emilio Grande has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cimic Group.

Mr. Juan Santamaria Cases has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at CIMIC group. Earlier, he was the General Manager of CPB Contractors in Australia and General Manager of the Industrial and Services Company UGL. He served as the Executive Manager at CPB and President and General Manager at Iridium. Mr. Cases served as the General Manager of ACS Infrastructures in the US and Canada. Currently, he serves as the Chairman at CIMIC, and Chief Executive Officer at Hochtief AG.
