Mr. Bernardo Velazquez Herreros has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2010. Prior this, he served as the Managing Director of the company. Mr. Herreros also served as the Chief Information Officer and Corporate Planning Director of the company. Currently he serves as the Chairman of North American Stainless (USA) and UNESID (Spanish Association of Iron and Steel Companies) and Stainless Steel Eurofer’s Group and International Stainless-Steel Forum (ISSF) and a Director of World Steel (International Association of Steel Manufacturers).

Mr. Miguel Ferrandis Torres has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company in 2017. Prior this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2007.

Mr. Carlos Ortega Arias-Paz has been the Chairman of the company 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company. He worked at Goldman Sachs and Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in the international investment banking division. He currently serves as the General Director of Corporacion Financiera Alba, and the President of Deya Capital IV SCR, S.A, and Arta Partners, S.A. He also serves as a Director of Arta Capital SGEIC, KKR Apple Holdings Corporation, and Harvard Club of Spain.
